Raspberry is part of the family Rosaceae, being a bushy shrub, with creeping shoots, straight stems, arched to the top, with thorns though on the bottom. The leaves are oval-lanceolate, toothed on the edges, small white flowers are grouped in the raceme. The fruit is red and sweet, sour-flavored. Known from prehistoric times, it is spread in the subarctic and cold temperate area of the northern hemisphere. Grows in forests, shingles, rocky ribs, rarely encountered in hilly areas. Administration:

INTERNAL:
- Powder - the plant is finely grinded with an electric grinder. Take a teaspoon of 4 times a day, on an empty stomach. The powder is kept under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, then swallowed with water.

- Cold-cured - prepared from a spoonful of plant added to 250 ml of water, kept for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then squeezed and drunk on the empty stomach. Take 3 cups of macerate per day with 30 minutes. before meals.

- Infusion - Prepare from a spoonful of plant added to 250 ml of boiling water, kept for 15 minutes. at room temperature, then sneeze and drink on the empty stomach. Take 3 cups of infusion per day with 30 minutes. before meals.

EXTERNAL:

- To maintain skin health, apply locally in the form of compresses with macerate or infusion of plants or locally applied cataplasms, which are as follows: 1-2 tablespoons of finely ground powder are mixed with warm water to form a paste which can be applied externally. Above, an occlusive dressing is used to keep cataplasm at the affected site for at least 3 hours;

- For oral health, local cleansing is done with maceration or plant infusion.
